LAKE PATIO AREA: has four Adirondack chairs, a nearby large fire pit and a long dock with a ladder at the end for easy access to the water. There is a new paddle boat with plenty of life jackets and other inflatables. The paddle boat is great fun to paddle to a nearby island for lunch or to swim at "the spit". LARGE firepit only 10 feet from the lake. The lake house faces south so one rewarded with AMAZING sunrise and sunsets. It one of the few double lots on the lake, extended to 125 ft of waterfront. An added bonus is a badminton net for both badminton and volley ball. NOTE:When reading the reviews, the first one is an anomaly written by someone who was upset that I voiced my concern about how she violated house rules by rearranging EVERYTHING NO MATTER HOW BIG OR HOW SMALL. in the main house. Sne moved chairs from the dining room to the sun and vise versa, every knife and fork was in a different drawed. She hid pillows away she didn't like. She is quoted as saying she was just released a week before she came to the lakehouse. Please read my response. The lake house had been upended! All the others are a 5. COVID 19 ALERT!! We are preparing the lakehouse in relation to guidelines. There are 4 tenants coming to the lakehouse and there is a week in between weeks. The major change is that all tenants will be required to furnish their own personal sheets, pillow cases and towels. Bedspreads mattress pads and blankets are provided and will be laundered in between weeks. It is also recommended that we do not interact during change over day. I will have a list of important contact numbers and house rules that are already on this website The area is within 25 minutes of Wolfboro and 45 minutes to Conway to the north and , Kittery Maine outlets, Portsmouth harbor to the south. There is a great store, Lovell Lake country store which is just what you would want it to be. It has home baked goods, particulary the garlic bread and a full meat service offering. Rochester NH has a state liquor store, a stonewall Kitchen outlet and Tides Fish market which is great.

Named Endless Sunset because the sunset views are spectacular as the sun goes down directly down the lake from us. 100 feet of private waterfront, with private beach, on the clear lake offers you a place to relax, fish, swim or boat literally at your back door... well, ok, at the edge of our tiered rear lawn. Right from our home you can easily enjoy fishing, boating, hiking, skiing, golf, picnicing, fairs, NASCAR racing or nature trails. Equipped with the latest in electronics (TV's, stereo, internet access etc.) the entire home has been redone with new hardwood flooring and new lower level floors to accommodate all guests. The living room offers a brand new sofa and recliner. They both have power foot rests and headrests and for you cell phone/tablet addicts each has a USB port built right in to the armrests. Both of the main level bedrooms now have wall mounted fans and the living room has a stand up oscillating fan. We have 3 double window fans stored in the closet of bedroom #2 so if the weather gets overly warm just put one of these fans into a window, select blow in, blow out or one blowing either way. From Fall foliage to spring and summer fun, this location has it all. We were completely booked for this past 'Summer Season' and almost ompletely booked for 2020, so if you are planning ahead for 2020 email us early to insure you get the week you want. Only 15 minutes from Alton Bay where you can board the 230 ft M/S Mt Washington to cruise Lake Winnipesaukee. The Mt Washington makes stops at Weirs Beach, Center Harbor, Meredith, Wolfeboro and Alton Bay. Enjoy their Sunday Champagne Cruise with or without a buffet meal, the cruise is great time at a reasonable price. Fall colors abound throughout the region and many of the areas offer true country fairs featuring crafts, foods and farm animals. Nestled among pine trees and with views of the lake it is the epitome of R&R. The cabin is family friendly with an open concept main floor and 3 levels of living space. Perfect spot for large families looking to share a vacation without compromising privacy, while also perfect for a cozy romantic getaway for 2! With year round activities for the whole family, it's the perfect place to create lasting memories! There are 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom is situated on the 1st floor with a queen size bed. One guest room is downstairs with a futon and an attached bathroom. Two additional guest rooms are on the 2nd floor, one of which is set up for a child with adult double size bed . In addition that room includes an additional double futon mattress as well as a pack n' play if needed. There is also a pull out sofa located in the downstairs family room along with a queen size air mattress. One thing to note, although we have 3 retractable baby gates in place for easy use and to keep kids safe, the stairs are steep and small children should be accompanied by an adult. The large front porch is screened in and has a view of the Lake. The back deck is off the kitchen area with a charcoal grill, and table and chairs seating 6. There is a hammock, a kids play set (swings, slide, sandbox, kids pool, and small house) and a fire pit in the back yard. During the warmer months, guests are welcome to use our 4 kayaks and 5 seater paddle boat, which we leave locked up on the beach. The paddles and life preservers are located under the screened in porch along with beach chairs and some floats. Feel free to use the wagon to bring things back and forth to the beach. During the colder months, warm up by the wood stove after a day of skiing, ice fishing or snowmobiling. We have plenty of linens and towels. At the end of your stay, we ask that guests leave the beds used unmade and leave any used towels/linens by the washing machine in the basement- that way we know what to clean when we come up. We offer wireless internet access and have 2 ROKU TV's with Netflix and Amazon Prime access. There is an Amazon Echo on the book shelf upstairs with Amazon Unlimited music (please don’t move it). There is a Blue Ray Player and an assortment of 100’s of DVD's for all ages. We also have many board games and books, along with a ping pong table, outdoor boccie set and ladder ball. 1 hour from Portsmouth and Portland & 2 hours from Boston. This is a family friendly neighborhood. The east side of Belleau Lake is characterized by quaint dirt roads, tall trees, and charming cottages and camps. You can park your car in the driveway and leave it there until you leave! The cabin is ideally situated; 3-5 minute walk to a beautiful sandy beach, walking distance to a corner store, ice cream stand, the post office, Cindy's breakfast place and the Blue Bay Seafood Restaurant. Food at Blue Bay is great and they have a lounge where you can play pool, watch sports or sing karaoke. Old People's Pub and Knotty Pine Restaurant and a local grocery store and farmer's market (in season weekends only) are a short drive away. If golf is your game, Province Lake Golf Course is less than five minutes away and they have a great restaurant there as well. The lake has fantastic fishing and is known for its small and large mouth bass, so bring your fishing rod and fish right from our kayaks while exploring the lake or come up and ice fish in the winter. There are also miles and miles of trails for walking, snowmobiling, biking and more... East Wakefield is ideally situated between Portland (1 hour), Portsmouth (1 hour), North Conway (45 minutes-they have a ton of shopping outlets), and Meredith (30 minutes). Tons of shopping and restaurants galore! There is skiing close at King Pine (30 minutes down the road) and we are very close to the White Mountains as well. This vacation home is the perfect jump off point for all that New Hampshire and Maine have to offer.
